Why we built this
“I've spent my whole life starting things I couldn't finish. There are so many half done projects behind me, and for years I just figured I wasn't trying hard enough. In the fall of 2025 I was really struggling to focus, so I went in to get assessed. That's when I found out I have ADHD. It explained a lot. Getting diagnosed as an adult is hard in its own way, because people assume that if you really had it, someone would have caught it when you were a kid. My psychiatrist recommended coaching along with medication, but I had no idea where to start with that. So I started building the thing I needed, something calm and honest that helps you put together a day that actually works. I made it for myself first, then realized it could help a lot of other people too.”
